My Disapponiment

Anger replaced my disappointment after I overead an email to my mom, saying that getting your writing published DOES NOT mean you are a winner; I was inclined to get the judges and the directors for making things so unclear at the first place. I had been so desperate before, so hopeful. After hearing the unpleasant result, as I paced up and down, like an ember, I seemed to boil with anger, my face flushed with antagonism. As my rage began to overcome me, I failed to calm myself, shouting with a hostile expression in my eyes.

Finally, when I found the ability to calm myself down, taking deep breaths, I immediately stopped crying. Although I had not won, I knew that my writing was not unsuccessful and ineffective; it was just a matterof fact that my piece supposedly was not written in an appealing theme.

I learnt a valuable lesson that it is alright even if I did not win.

Next year, I will try my best. I will try to make my writing wink at the reader as they read my piece ...

Malaysia

On July 7th, my grandma, my mom and dad and I went to Malaysia Tony couldn't go because he had a competion in Czech Republic.

First Day: From the Hong Kong International Airport, we rode about four hours of airplane to Kular Lumpar Airport.We rode an hour coach to Dickson Port to eat dinner. Lastly we went to the hotel:The Legend Water Chalets hotel.

Second Day :First, we went to the "Future World Cyberport" (translated from Chinese) and looked at the fruits. Next we rode boats in the Perau Boat Rides. And we went to DIY Maylasia T-shirt shop and made T-shirts. Finally we rode the cable car to Cloud Top(translated from chinese)

Third Day: We went to the Heritage Museum to visit. Next we went to the Fruit Chacolate Store. It had different kinds of chocolates. For example: curry, hot chilly, mint,e.c.t..Next we went to the Amazing Adventrous World and Africa Water up Park (translated in chinese )swam. Lastly we went to the hotel.

Fourth day :We went to the Pavillon Mall and visited while we bought stuff. And then we had the Fish Spa.



Last Day: We went to another mall and bought stuff again. I was suprised by the price of shoes:Between 25-50 Malaysian currency. Then we went back from Kular Lumpur to HK. I had a nice trip, and I hope to find another nice trip!

Disneyland

Last week, Saturday, my family and I went to Disneyland. First, we went to the 'Jungle River Cruise'. The animals almost made us wet! Then, we went to the Autopia, where we drove into the future. Next, we rode the Space Mountain, which is a high speed roller coaster. The Space Mountain was very dark and fast. It was kind of scary. Then we went to the Stitch Encounter. It was awfully funny, because Stitch talked to us and said all kinds of funny stuff. For example, when he did something wrong and said, "It's not my fault", we chanted back "Yes!" and he said "Yes. Oops. Said it wrong."

Then, we went to Festival of the Lion King, which is a high speed boring performance. Another boring performance is the Golden Mickeys. It's a musical film of Michey and other stories. After we ate dinner, we went home. I hope I find another fun day, or perhaps a fun day finds me!

My cousin

It had been quite something, you could say, because horrible things had happened to my family for a month. First, the death of my grandfather, then my uncle's bleeding which had almooooooooost made him die. Now, something new has happened. Let me tell you about it.


I was in my aunt's house, about to leave, and my dad got a call from my mom.


She told my dad in the phone call that my cousin had an ingury from a game of soccer. Somebody tackled him, he fell on the floor, hard concreate floor. He had hit his head and fainted for about a minute.

Then one of his friends saw that, and sent him to a hospital nearby. His ears started bleeding, and had to do two major opreations.

At first, I was mad at what God had did to my cousin, but later on I learned my lesson. This important lesson of life is that everything God does is no harm. So if my cousin Brian dies, I know that God will have a purpose and a message for us to learn.

My Grandfather's Death

On the night of May 2nd, I layed down on my bed, relaxing. After all, I didn't know what would happen tommorow.

I was sleeping, and relaxing tieringly when suddenly my parents woke my up urgently and told me that my grandfather was going to die sooner or later. We went the hospital, and before I knew it, I was staring at the dead body of my grandfather. And I knew that he had died in peace.

A trip to Japan

On Chinese New Year’s Eve, my family and I went to Japan. On the day that we traveled, we rode an airplane from Hong Kong to Nagoya. When we got there, we rode a coach to “Big Board” for about two hours and thirty minutes. After that we ate dinner and went back to the hotel to sleep.



On the second day, we went to Adventure World – which was a game zone. Later in the evening, we were headed to a bath in spring water. Then we went to the hotel.



On the third day, we went to the Universal Studio. We rode many rides such as Spider – Man and Back to the Future and Jaws. The ride “Spider –Man” was pretty scary. You would have been freaked, too. We played for about seven hours.
In the evening, we went to underground shops and shopped. Then we ate dinner and went to the hotel.



On the fourth day, we went to “Clear water temple”. Then we went to underground shops again.



On the last day of the trip, we went to a very tall T.V. tower in Nagoya. Then we went to a Korean BBQ restaurant. Then we went to the airport and rode an airplane to Hong Kong.
On the way back, we played video games until we were landed. Then we went home.

This trip was a very happy trip, and I hope that my next trip would be happy, too.

My trip to Shenzhen

On December 25-26, my family and friends went to shenzhen with me. We rode the train to Lok Ma Chau station, then we walked and walked.

When we arrived at Shenzhen, we took a coach to the Master club Hotel. Next , we ate lunch. After lunch, we made some porcelain.

Then we went to a park and had a ride on some kind of electric boats. Then we went to Jusco. Later in the day, we went to the hotel, had dinner then slept.
The next day was pretty fun. We first ate breakfast, then went to buy sme cooking tools. The fun part was massaging. we took about three hours to massage.

After the fun parts, we went home. This trip was a happy trip and I hope to enjoy another trip with a fun part like massaging!
